The 4 Carter children saying their last goodbye's but knowing that they will see their parents again. They are truly a forever family!On Valentine's Day Grandpa Carter left this earth to go and be with his sweetheart. They had a love stronger than most, they had a marriage that taught all of us what a real marriage is like, and they both taught all of us to LOVE and SERVE others. We love you so very much and we miss you so very much! We are so happy that you and grandma are experiencing your "Happily Ever After"!
